Advocacy dynamo NAW broadens value to members

The National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW) has long been known as a group that takes a prominent role in political advocacy. The late former CEO Dirk Van Dongen, a prolific GOP fundraiser and coalition builder known for helping drive landmark tax reform and tax cut bills, had run the group since 1979. In Van Dongen’s last full fiscal year, which ended Nov. 30, 2019, NAW reported $6.1 million in revenue. (Van Dongen died in June.
