Oklahoma group presses forward after fire destroys headquarters Renkes When fire destroyed the headquarters of the Petroleum Equipment Institute in Tulsa, Okla., Feb. 11, it was not the disaster that PEI Executive Vice President Robert Renkes had been expecting.
