Ernstthal led George Washington University association management program for six years Henry Ernstthal, director of the master's program in association management at The George Washington University from 1989-1995, died May 20 at The Washington Home hospice. Ernstthal, 72, had Parkinson's disease-induced dementia, according to the Washington Post. The primary author of the current edition of "Principles of Association Management," Ernstthal had been executive director of the Society of Nuclear Medicine before joining the university.
