OAAA members get on board with the OscarsTimes Square in New York City Klein A movie up for seven Oscars at the March 4 Academy Awards is getting support from an unlikely cheerleader—the Outdoor Advertising Association of America. Since "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri" started generating award-season chatter last year, the group has worked with members to draw attention to both the movie and the industry.
