Businessman chosen to lead aircraft pilots' association

Retail CEO selected from among group's nearly 400,000 members Baker The $34 million-revenue Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association has named retail executive Mark Baker as its next president and CEO, effective Sept. 6. He replaces Craig Fuller, who is stepping down after leading the Frederick, Md.-based organization since 2009.
