Positions handled exclusively by search firms jump to more than one in five, including half of all nonprofit CEO vacancies Recruiting in the association and nonprofit sector is on the rise. Overall, job vacancies reported on www.ceoupdate.com are up more than 17 percent from April 1 to June 1, which is notable because the second quarter is not traditionally strong on hiring.
