Report: Business groups losing efforts to roll back renewable energy regulations Some of the largest business groups in the nation are meeting significant resistance in their efforts to overturn existing state laws mandating the use of renewable energy, according to the Washington Post. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Manufacturers are among the organizations that have been trying to rollback renewable energy mandates in some 18 states.
