U.S. Chamber urges businesses to dispute labor board rulings The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is recommending that companies challenge recent rulings made against them by the National Labor Relations Board after a court invalidated three of President Barack Obama's appointments to the five-member body, the Wall Street Journal reported. According to the newspaper, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled that an NLRB decision against soda bottler and distributor Noel Canning was invalid because the three board appointees were made outside of the recess window the court believes is stipulated in the Constitution.
