Duggan returns to associations to be CEO

Former paper products and wine wholesalers CEO to represent clothing and footwear industry's main advocacy organization Duggan Juanita Duggan will step into her CEO shoes once again to become head of the $6 million-revenue American Apparel and Footwear Association July 1.
