The four-story office building features a mix of office space and ground-level retail, with HAI to occupy the top two floors Helicopter Association International has purchased a new home in Alexandria, Va., that its leaders say will not only give the organization room to grow, but a chance to profit from the areas real estate market. The four-story building at 1920 Ballenger Ave., was purchased by HAI for $17.1 million, according to the parties involved in the transaction.
