Hall rejoins American Library Association

Director of Joyce Foundation's Culture Program has extensive library experienceHall Tracie Hall was working at the Seattle Public Library when she learned about a new scholarship program aimed at diversifying the library profession. She immediately applied and in 1998 became one of the American Library Association's first Spectrum Scholars. She went on to earn a master's degree in library and information science.
