Harry and Louise—back on the box?

The return of “Harry and Louise,” the stars of the 1990s health care advertising campaign that two groups brought back this summer, has gone so well that the pair may return this fall to a TV near you, according to one of the new ad’s sponsors. The fictional middle-class couple first appeared in commercials highly critical of the Clinton administration’s health care overhaul proposal of 1993-94. Some cited the ad as a key factor in rallying opposition to the plan, which was eventually defeated.
