CEO to step down after more than two decades at the group and its predecessor; will become CEO of insurer EmblemHealth Ignagni CEO Karen Ignagni has resigned from America's Health Insurance Plans to become president and CEO of EmblemHealth, a New York City-based HMO and health insurer.
