Archer Grant Kimberly Archer has replaced Denise Grant as head of executive recruitment firm Russell Reynolds' Washington, D.C., office. She has been with the firm since 2005. Grant left her position this month, and told CEO Update she plans to take the summer off and consider new opportunities in the fall. "I told our CEO at the beginning of the year I wanted to wind down," she said.
