Departures Head of multiple sclerosis group to retire Douglas Franklin will step down as president and CEO of the $10M-revenue Multiple Sclerosis Association of America later this year. Franklin has led the Cherry Hill, N.J.-based association since 1999. He previously was director of social marketing at the International Youth Foundation.
