Departures Dea YWCA leader announces departure Dara Richardson-Heron will step down as CEO of the $16M-revenue YWCA USA on Feb. 16. She led the group for more than five years. She previously was CEO of the New York City affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. She has a medical degree from New York University. YWCA USA's board of directors plans to name an interim CEO and to launch a search for a new CEO.
