MichalisinCEO arrivalsMichalisin joins actuariesWilliam "Bill" Michalisin has been named executive director of the $14M-revenue American Academy of Actuaries, effective Sept. 27. He succeeds Mary Downs, who retired after leading the group for more than 12 years.Michalisin previously spent more than eight years at the Lake Mary, Fla.-based Institute of Internal Auditors, including six years as EVP and COO. Before that, he worked at Deloitte for nearly 13 years.
