Canine film star Uggie on hand for association's Capitol Hill "celebrity" event Mathews and Uggie Alex Mathews is happy when his trade group goes to the dogs—especially famous dogs, and cats as well. Animal Health Institute hosted its 16th annual Celebrity Pet Night Sept. 20 on Capitol Hill, and hundreds turned out to mingle with movie stars.
