Families International CEO dies

Peter Goldberg, CEO of the Milwaukee-based Families International group of companies, died of a heart attack Aug. 12 while on vacation in Maine. He was 63. Goldberg Families International is the parent organization of three nonprofit groups, including the $4 million-revenue Alliance for Children and Families and the for-profit employee assistance program provider FEI Behavioral Health. Goldberg had been CEO of Families International since 1994 and also was CEO of its nonprofits, according to the organization.
