Fedrizzi moves from green buildings to healthy architecture

U.S. Green Building Council CEO to head WELL standards institute Fedrizzi U.S. Green Building Council CEO and co-founder Rick Fedrizzi has been named chairman and CEO of the International WELL Building Institute, a public benefit corporation seeking to encourage building design that improves the health and well being of occupants.
