American Trucking Associations CEO Bill Graves stumps for moderate Republicans in the Sunflower State Graves Moderate Republicans lost big in the Kansas state legislative primaries Aug. 7, much to the disappointment of Bill Graves, CEO of American Trucking Associations. The former governor was back in Kansas in July to campaign for moderate candidates.
