Ketchum to retire from FINRA

Ketchum The $664M-revenue Financial Industry Regulatory Authority will soon begin a search for a new leader after CEO Richard Ketchum announced he would retire in the second half of 2016. Ketchum joined FINRA in 2009. He previously was CEO of New York Stock Exchange Regulation and was the first chief regulatory officer of NYSE. He also was general counsel of the corporate and investment bank of Citigroup and president of both the Nasdaq Stock Market and EVP of the National Association of Securities Dealers (precursor to FINRA).
