Wine & Spirits Search to Russell Reynolds The Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America have engaged executive recruitment firm Russell Reynolds Associates to conduct the search to replace CEO Juanita Duggan. Last month Duggan was named president and CEO of the American Forest and Paper Association in a search also handled by Russell Reynolds. She will begin her tenure at AF&PA Oct. 25, 2006, replacing W.
