New Chief of Staff at ATA The American Trucking Associations has named Dan Stanley as senior vice president and chief of staff. Stanley comes to the ATA from the Department of Defense, where he served as assistant secretary of defense for legislative affairs, a presidential appointment.As chief of staff, Stanley will be working under ATA president and CEO Bill Graves for the second time.
