Lynne Thomas Gordon to lead $25 million-revenue American Health Information Management Association Lynne Thomas Gordon will join the $25 million-revenue American Health Information Management Association as CEO, effective Sept. 29. Gordon most recently was associate vice president for hospital operations and director of the Childrens Hospital at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She also is a member of the Rush University faculty in the graduate program in health systems management.
