Development wants groups to call it 'home'

A large commercial center south of Washington, D.C., is promoting itself as a hub for associations looking for an alternative to the D.C. and Alexandria, Va., markets. National Harbor is a 300-acre mixed-use development in Prince George’s County, Md., located on the Potomac River bank opposite Old Town Alexandria. Once fully built out, it will boast 500,000 square feet of Class A office space, according to the developers.
