SRA Int’l names Exec The Society of Research Administrators International, Arlington, Va., has concluded their Executive Director search with the appointment of association exec Chris Daniels, MPA, CAE. Daniels comes to the $1.7 million budget SRAI with over 10 yeas of senior level nonprofit management experience, including most recently serving as vice president of publishing and international business development for the American Gastroenterological Association.

Auto Manufacturers Select CEO

The $3.9 million budget Association of International Automobile Manufacturers, Arlington, Va., has selected association and industry veteran Michael J. Stanton to be its next president and CEO. Stanton has spent 26 years in a variety of executive roles in the Washington, D.C. based, $30 million budget Alliance for Automobile Manufacturers as well as its predecessor organizations the American Automobile Manufacturers Association and the Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Association. Most recently, Stanton served as vice president, government and international affairs.

Duggan Named AF&PA CEO

After a lengthy search to replace W. Henson Moore, the American Forest and Paper Association has selected a veteran association lobbyist as president and CEO. Juanita Duggan will take over leadership of the $40 million plus budget organization on Oct. 25, 2006. The search for a successor began last fall when Moore, who has led the association since 1995, announced his plans to retire.

Patricia Ford-Roegner Named CEO of American Academy of Nursing The American Academy of Nursing has appointed Pat Ford-Roegner, MSW, RN, FAAN as chief executive officer. Ford-Roegner will lead the new AAN health policy office in Washington, DC, which will open Aug. 7, 2006. AAN is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wis. Ford-Roegner comes to AAN from the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering, where she was executive director since 2005.
