Smith sees common issues at AAMSE
Varied medical societies must confront many of the same problems, such as doctors lacking time, Smith says Steve Smith is CEO of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, a midsized Chicago-based association with annual revenue of $7.2 million. But its members' problems, Smith said, are much the same as those of physicians and medical professionals in myriad other specialties.
