Planners of hybrid events stay ready to pivot

Most large conferences are on hold until summer 2021 or later, but some groups are forging ahead with smaller gatherings or hybrid events with in-person and digital components. They say it's essential to their mission to bring people together for face-to-face meetings, even in a pandemic.But they must be prepared to rewrite the playbook days ahead of their meetings.
