Marc E. Lackritz announced plans to retire as CEO of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, just four months after his co-CEO resigned amid allegations of improper financial withdrawals from the organization. In a SIFMA press release, Lackritz says he will retire from the organization in 2008, as he nears his 62nd birthday.
