Staff revolt leads to departures at Angus association

Twelve staffers have left the American Angus Association after 15 employees wrote a letter to the organization's board of directors asking for the removal of current CEO Bryce Schumann. In an April 11 letter to association members, Schumann didn't say whether the 12 employees had been fired, just that they "are no longer employed by the association." The St. Joseph, Mo.-based group employed 194 in 2012, according to its most recent tax filings.
