Former COO David Chavern to leave in March; Chief of Staff Amanda Eversole named acting head of technology center Chavern Eversole The head of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's roughly year-old effort to woo the tech sector is leaving to find a job in the industry. David Chavern, president of the Chamber's Center for Advanced Technology & Innovation, told CEO Update he was stepping down March 2. In his place, Chief of Staff Amanda Eversole has been named acting president of the center.
