Howard Marlowe replaces Dave Wenhold as the associations president; search to begin soon for new executive director. In a wave of change, the American League of Lobbyists has installed new volunteer leadership and named an interim executive director for the 1,000-member professional society. The new president of the group, Howard Marlowe, heads the Washington, D.C.-based Marlowe & Company, the firm he founded in 1984 after stints on Capitol Hill and for the AFL-CIO.
