The 97-year old nonprofit's makeover may provide a blueprint for associations facing declining membership and demographic challenges NEW YORK--Four years into her tenure as CEO of the Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA), Kathy Cloninger is shaking up the traditional organization.
