New York revises plan to replace Javits Center

Talks to build nation's largest convention center in Queens fall apart, leaving fate of Manhattan's Javits Center in doubt New York state officials have backed out of talks with a resort company that wants to build the nation’s largest convention center, giving Manhattan’s Jacob K.
