Forest & Paper Selects CFO The American Forest & Paper Association selected Richard J. James as chief financial officer and vice president of finance and administration. James comes to AF&PA during a shuffle at the top of the $42 million trade group. He replaces Ann Bittman, who is moving to Hong Kong after 10 years with the association. A search to replace former CEO Juanita Duggan, who left AF&PA last month, is still pending.
