NSBA head sounds alarm on debt National Small Business Association CEO Todd McCracken urged lawmakers Thursday to put aside partisan differences and address the growing national debt, warning that it was having a "massive impact" on small businesses. McCracken's remarks came during a conference in Washington, D.C., hosted by the nonpartisan Fix the Debt Campaign. According to the CEO, Congress is not only failing to fix the problem, it has reached a point where infighting has made it impossible to do just that.
