Nonprofit groups briefed on D.C. insurance exchange

District officials say organizations and individuals can pick and choose among health plans based on level of coverage The administrators of Washington, D.C.'s upcoming health insurance exchange say the system is designed to be as pain-free as possible to those small businesses and nonprofits that will fall under its scope.
