Organic group tries co-CEO model; execs share long history

The Organic Trade Association (OTA) is in the process of finding out whether two CEOs are better than one.OTA adopted a co-CEO model in January, with Matt Dillon joining incumbent CEO Tom Chapman, who has led the group since 2022.The move was their idea, they told CEO Update in a Zoom call.
