With pharmacy experience from student years through Capitol Hill to lobbying, she sees chance to delve deeper into issues Julie Philp will encounter similar issues but on a much bigger stage as she moves from a tiny community pharmacy group to the $32 million-revenue National Association of Chain Drug Stores.
