Scholar program builds pipelines of diverse leadership

A goal of the American Society of Association Executives is to develop and groom minority talent for leadership inside associations Stefanie Reeves had very little experience in associations before she was hired shortly after college to run a political action committee for the National Telecommunications Cooperative Association.
