Tech lobbyist tapped to lead cosmetics trade group

Tech industry lobbyist Lezlee Westine has been selected to become CEO of the Personal Care Products Council, a $19 million revenue trade group. Westine currently leads TechNet, a political network of executives and business leaders advocating for the technology industry. She succeeds Pamela Bailey, who left the Council in December after nearly four years to become CEO of the Grocery Manufacturers Association.
