Most shoppers know what "Cyber Monday" means, but what about "Blue Monday"? That was one of the descriptions that Ellen Davis, former manager of media relations for the National Retail Federation, kicked around in 2005 for a new trend retailers saw in holiday shopping—a spike in online sales the Monday after Black Friday.
