Former MPAA chief tries his hand at stage Glickman Two years removed from his leading Hollywood role, Dan Glickman took a turn at acting—way, way off-Broadway. The former CEO of the Motion Picture Association of America (2004-2010) participated in an Oct. 10 reading of the play “Surviving Grace” at The Phillips Collection in Washington, D.C.
