‘Micro-unions’ are industry’s latest battle with NLRB

Opponents file amicus brief with labor board in Neiman Marcus case after failure to advance legislation in Senate panel. More than half a dozen industry groups joined a legal brief filed Friday before the National Labor Relations Board in an ongoing fight against the formation of what they call “micro-unions.” The case, Neiman Marcus v.
