Rosenberg CEO Departures Rosenberg leaving behavioral health group Linda Rosenberg will step down as CEO of the $39M-revenue National Council for Behavioral Health in August 2019. Rosenberg has led the National Harbor, Md.-based group since 2004. She previously was senior deputy commissioner of the New York State Office of Mental Health. In a statement, the National Council credited Rosenberg's leadership with helping grow its advocacy voice.
