Bynum CEO Departures Grau leaving NECA John Grau will retire as CEO of the $32M-revenue National Electrical Contractors Association when his current contract expires in June 2019. Grau has led the Bethesda, Md.-based NECA since 1986. He previously was EVP of the Milwaukee Chapter, NECA, and a field representative associate with the NECA Western Region. Before joining NECA, he was a realty specialist for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
