Milito CEO Departures Scott plans jump from skydiving group Ed Scott, executive director of the $3.6M-revenue U.S. Parachute Association, will retire at the end of 2020. He has led the Fredericksburg, Va.-based group since 2007, and was USPA's director of government relations for 11 years before that. "Today, USPA membership is at a record high of 41,271, and skydiving is thriving with none of the constraints proposed by a variety of regulators over the past few years," Scott wrote on the association's website.
