Associations see potential for profits in print, media biz despite challenges

Some groups have bought media properties in recent years as part of revenue strategy If "print is dead," then associations are where some publications go to be resurrected. At least that was the case for INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, which announced Oct. 2 it had acquired two industry publications from International Media Group.
