Survey finds optimism despite cutbacksA recent survey provides a snapshot into the struggles associations face as COVID-19 continues to sicken the economy, with layoffs and salary cuts hitting many groups. At the same time, most associations are confident they will outlast the pandemic by developing new programs and services.The survey of 541 association employees by Marketing General Inc. found that 18% of respondents said their organizations had instituted layoffs with no intention of bringing employees back.
